How we Work
You reach us however suits you, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A specialist picks up and asks about your dates, your group, where you've travelled before, and what you want this trip to feel like. It takes twenty minutes, and most clients come away with a shortlist of two or three properties before the call ends.
Within 24 hours you have a written recommendation: the right property for your situation, with our reasoning. Where more than one option is worth considering, we lay out the trade-offs clearly. We don't push. The same advisor answers any questions you have.
Once you've decided, we build the full proposal: dates, room or suite category, transfers, dining, experiences, drawing on arrangements we already hold with the property. You confirm, and we handle everything from there, the reservation, the logistics, the pre-arrival details. You receive one clear confirmation document with it all in one place.
Three to five days before departure, your advisor checks in with the final details and a personal note on what to do first when you arrive. You'll have their direct contact for anything that comes up while you're away.
